Failed 3 hour glucose test
I just got a call from my doc that I failed my 3 hour glucose test and I have gestational diabeties. Any moms that have it, what did you have to change? Is it supper hard to stick to a strict diet? I have an apt to see a nutritionist next week. Just trying to get an idea what changes I must make. Thanks
