my husband and I are expecting our rainbow baby in November!!! we are over the moon to be parents. Back story: after we had sex yesterday morning, i had a little bit a cm mixed with blood. I was so freaked out because that’s exactly how our miscarriage happened in October 2017. We already had an appointment at a 3D/4D place and she measured our gest sac at 5 weeks 3 days. but my period is always on time. Exactly 31 day cycles. And I thought I was 7 weeks 3 days. She also found a cyst. So I went to the ER. The transvaginal ultrasound said the same. 5 weeks 3 days but they only saw the sac. No fetal pole or yolk sac. But my HCG levels are 11,000. I was diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis, which isn’t too alarming considering I am prone to getting UTIs. I am currently on antibiotics. But should I be worried that’s all they could see? They tried to tell me I will probably miscarry. But I believe in my little baby and know that baby will show soon. please send advice. very confused.

I first want to say thank you for everyone who commented and put some worries to rest. you are all truly amazing and I feel blessed to be able to reach out to such an understanding and brave community.❤️ I went to the OB today. My HCG levels are rising but not doubling. They were at 12,000 today. The ultrasound still showed the same. an empty sac but today I measured 5 w 4 days. (two days bigger than Saturday ) I go in again on Wednesday. Keeping faith and hope alive. pray for our little one. 👶🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️
