Leaking urine postpartum anyone?

Anyone else besides me? 
They say doing kegels will help but ughhh gotta wear a pad everyday these days😒😒😒

It should get better with strength training aka kegels. If it continues past 6-8 weeks pp consider seeing a pelvic floor physiotherapist. My midwife stated to me that long term incontinence (including under stress like coughing, laughing, sneezing, etc) is not the norm and if it continues to seek treatment.

I leaked for a couple days pp. especially if I had to hold it for a while (taking care of baby), it would leak a little walking to the bathroom. I started doing more kegals the day after giving birth and it definitely helped. Now I'm 6 weeks pp, and I only leak occasionally during strenuous exercise (lots of jumping jacks, tuck jumps, etc in the fitness class I teach). Kegals help!
