What are some jobs that don’t require a cash register ?

I know how to count back change but just the thought of doing it gives me anxiety I think I  low key have dyscalcia however you spell it and when I’m counting back change to people it’s like my mind freezes and I get really nervous and I don’t want to embarrass myself if I end up getting a cashier job and this happens smh 🤦🏽‍♀️

Babysitting/nanny, caregiver, airport cabin cleaner or ramp agents, uber, tutor, waitstaff at a restaurant, lifeguard, landscaping, secretary, inventory workers, a job that is during graveyard shifts meaning you might start work at 10pm and get off at 6am (my boyfriends mom has a schedule like that and she works at target to help clean and restock things).

I relate to this so much 😭😭 I recently started working at a coffee shop for my first job and working at the cash register gives me soooo much anxiety. My brain like shuts down for a bit and then i realize that the customer is still waiting and it just turns into a mess. It’s so hard to do it even though the screen fully shows you the amount you owe back 😭😭😭
But to answer your question, jobs that dont require cash registers are factory jobs, babysitting, receptionist... google might have more options though. Good luck!!!

Everyone is giving wonderful advice of many non cashier alternatives. But, if you are looking for restaurant or retail jobs that might put you on cashier positions, look for restaurants and shops that are card only. Tons are popping up nowadays! That way, you just have to register what they bought and they swipe their card and that's it!
