Experiences with fenugreek?

My milk supply's dropping and I'd like to know if the fenugreek pills are worth a shot.

I’m having an awful time I have been breast feeding almost 3 months and all of a sudden my milk started dropping got lactation cookies and fenugreek been trying it for 3 weeks now, now I have no milk at all. It might work for you it might not. & it has made me smell like maple syrup lol🤦🏽‍♀️.

The Fenugreek capsules alone made me smell like breakfast because of the maple syrup smell and it did help my supply. However, mother’s milk tea has done WONDERS. I’m not exactly sure how much it’s helped because I only pump every couple of days or so but I don’t have to supplement anymore so I know it’s helping. 
When I make it I drink it iced, because when it’s hot it smells like licorice and tastes even worse. 
I use 6 teabags and 5 cups of water and put it into a pitcher so I can pull it out of the fridge and drink it. I usually add a bit of lemon to my glass and it goes down so much smoother. 
I drink 2-3 glasses of it a day and baby girl seems satisfied and sleeps through the night.

It made my daughter gassy and increased by supply by about an ounce or so. It wasn’t worth it for us and I stopped after a week of taking it.

it barely increased my supply. it wasn't worth taking for an extra couple ounces because it made my little guy SOOOO gassy and uncomfortable.

Made my baby super gassy so I stopped taking them. Mother’s milk tea, brewers yeast, and flax seeds helped my supply. I am about to try legendairy supplements to see if they help.

they worked well for us, but aren't always a good match. I've seen great things abit Legendairy as well.
