Is this hand foot mouth???

My one year old that doesn't goes to daycare, has this, but it just appear about a couple of hours ago, she had a fever a day or so ago but I though it was due to the fact that she teething

Looks like it ... call the doc,  is it only around her mouth

That only the beginning.. My son scabbed on his hands and feet over a month.. Worst thing ever!! I felt so bad for him

Does she have any on her hands and feet? It's not always found in all three spots, but if it is on all three then it's much more likely to be HFM. The ones on her tongue definatly look like it. They normally look blistery with a grayish bubble center. It's extremely easy to pick up anywhere (shopping carts especially). The doctors may take a look but sometimes they just tell you what to do over the phone.
