3d / 4d ultrasound...do it or meet my first baby on the date of his birth?

With my first I never had the opportunity to get it done. With this one we talked about it & decided not to because of money. Well we get a growth ultrasound done every month due to me being high risk & my ultrasound tech surprised us by turning it on, (our secret) it was so amazing to be able to see her, I cried, & I know that I will still cry & be surprised & love her when I have her in my arms as much as I did when I saw her the first time in 3d :) to me, it is totally worth it & next time we will save to get it done!

I did it at my doctor just because they needed a better view. I don't think it spoils it that much.

Why not do it? it's not an exact depiction I have done it with my two other kids and they didn't look exactly like the US bit it gives you a nice idea and it's fun. 😉 I would suggest holding off until 28 weeks or later though

When we had out anatomy scan, they surprised us with a couple 3D prints.

I was going to do it at 30 weeks but decided I want the surprise.... I didn't do it with my son and I remember just freezing time and just looking at him.... I want that with my daughter! To each their own but I want the surprise ☺

I have one booked for this weekend! We're mainly doing it to double check gender and I thought why not get the 3D one done too :) if you want to get one then do it! I don't think anyone has come back and regretted it!!? X
