Can someone please help me figure out what this verse from the bible means john16 1-6

Jesus is speaking to the disciples. Jesus was preparing them for what was to come. They would be hated/persecuted by people that claimed to love God( religious leaders/counsel) Although the counsel had no true relationship with God, they were hypocrites. After Jesus would be crucified, the Holy Spirit would come & live inside of them. They would witness to others(preach the gospel), heal the sick, & raise from the dead. Just as Jesus had did. Anyone preaching the gospel( that you are saved through confessing Jesus as the Messiah & son of God. Healing by his name & raising from the dead in Jesus name) would be persecuted(killed).

I just read Acts 26:9-11 and it is a perfect example. Paul is testifying to how he used to live as a Pharisee and would imprison and kill Christians in be name of the Law of God until Jesus revealed Himself to him.
