Should I keep Weight watchers or dump it? (Explanation inside)

RiRi , P & PJ’s Mom 💗💖💙

Hi, I’m 134 pounds currently, I used to be between 103-110, and trust me I’ve always ate food like I should be 300 pounds. I have or now had a fast metabolism. The thing is I love eating healthy but I also love salt and would eat terribly as well. After my baby I didn’t bounce back and now I’m 134, with weight watchers I can’t eat the foods that at the very least have kept me very full for the reason being the portions are too small and they are always a lot of points for example rice is my like go to, and it’s a lot of points and the portion is very small that you can have. So I’m hungry a lot, I’m not satisfied with my meals. Eating healthier and portioning is fine with me, but my two main fillers which is potatoes and rice, I can’t even really eat or like spaghetti. I’m not interested in going back to my old weight, I’m just flabby and it’s gross to me for the first time in my life I have a round and a bit obvious tummy so I have been 1 month into consistent exercising. I do yoga everyday and I just implemented cardio and other things into my working as of last week. Fruits and all the 0 points foods don’t fill me. Should I quit it and do my own thing or keep it up? I have been doing it for 1 week and I don’t know.
