Please write a story about a time you tried to surprise your loved one (s), or a time they tried to surprise you, that went to pot. Or just any stories in general that turned out hilarious.

This is for laughs, which some of us could use presently.

I'll start: when I was 15 and dating who is now my husband, he fell asleep at my house. I, being the annoying 15yo that I was, suddenly decided it would be hilarious to put loose purple glitter all over my "goth" boyfriend. So, I snuck up to him, grabbed a handful of said glitter, and went to blow it on his face. Well, it was at that moment he chose to open his eyes.

...and 10 years later I'm still not allowed to have glitter. Ever.
