What are some do's & dont's during early pregnacy???

This is my first so! Any advice?

Answer

Do: 
Get enough sleep
Drink tons of water, milk & orange juice
Kegel exercises
Stretch
Exercise
Relax
Eat good 
Have "tummy time"

Dont:
Smoke 
Drink alcohol
Not a lot of coffee
Not a lot of seafood
No meds 
Hullahooping
No stress- especially over miscarriage!!
Lift over 40 lbs.

There are many, many more do's and don'ts. Try these first!
