High intensity exercise while pregnant
Ladies,
I am 5 weeks today. I workout every weekday and have for over a year. My heart rate gets really high when I exercise- around 180. I’m sure it always has, I only know this because I’ve got a Fitbit that tracks heart rate now. Does anyone workout that hard while pregnant? I’m in really good shape I’m just worried that maybe my heart rate shouldn’t be this high while pregnant?? Thoughts/opinions welcome!
