Blocked Tubes

Hi, I just recently found out my left tube is blocked. There is fluid built up, possibly from endo, their not sure. They believe the right tube is ok but I was suppose to go in for a laparoscopy, unfortunately, I can’t afford to take 4 weeks off of work to have it done :( so I did some research and got some advice from a Jamaican lady at my past job to buy this herb called “dog blood bush” I’m suppose to drink this as tea. I plan to start this 3 days before my period. Has anyone heard of this? And, in case this doesn’t work, does anybody know of anything else natural they have tried and it worked? Any input would be much appreciated!! Thanks!!
