21 week Baby Face Down! That ok??

Question

At 21 weeks today. My baby was face down this time,  and his butt was up with his feet underneath.  Guess they considered him breech? Anyone else have there baby face down?? What week we're you?  And is it a bad thing at all?? Hope the lil guy moves back face up!!

Babies still move so much at only 21 weeks, I don't think you have anything to worry about! But a good tip to have baby come into good alignment is not to recline when you're on a couch, or sitting down, but to be propped up or better yet sitting on a birth ball for like half hour or so a day. Gravity will help baby move into optimal position!

I thought face down was preferred?

Idk.  She said he was breech. N he was face down.. so I was confused.  But ya.. I just feel like he can't breath good with his face down.. im just a worry wart tho
