im really oblivious to this

38 weeks tomorrow and doing 24 hr urine.i am 5 cm and I have contractions I don't feel but my doctor's don't explain why even tho I dilate regardless.So my questions are how long after I get the results of my urine will ik about getting induced.Also I've tried walking and walking steps, Castor oil,sex, nipple stimulation, squats, and dancing and nothing will help.Even with contractions whether I feel them or not they just abruptly stop after being consistent for hours
