Baby measuring small.

I had my first OB appointment today. I went in thinking I was 9 weeks 4 days. I had an ultrasound done and my doctor said the baby was only measuring 8 weeks 1 day. The heart beat was strong, 165, and my doctor didn't seem concerned at all. I had a miscarriage in September last year so I can't help but worry that somethings wrong. Was wondering if I could get some thoughts and if anyone had something like this happen.
