heavy weight in vagina

i have no clue what it is but it fewls like theres a really heavy weight in my vagina whenever i stand or am laying down. the only time it doesnt hurt is when im sitting. it also hurts when i pass gass, cough or sneeze really bad💀 do you know what causes it???
