Hip pain

I have a appointment on Thursday so don't want to buy my Dr this close lol. Anyone know if a chiropractor can do a adjustment while pregnant? Last time I had hip pain too and she said to walk more, but now I have a 15m old and there's 3-4 feet of snow outside, we lived in town with #1 so I could go to the park or walking track, this time, live half hour out of town and I'd rather not drive to town to walk lol. Any ideas are welcome too. I'd rather not buy a treadmill for the next month before the snow calls it quits 😧. Bonus pic of baby playing in the snow before the latest dump lol.
