I went for my OB check up today. She told me lots of sex was the trick bc the sperm has something in if. And that could be the only thing to help dilate. Also, walking. My mom said she walked a lot with me and my brothers and drink milk. So starting today, I went walking for 30 mins. Told my husband we’re having sex and I’m having a glass of milk. Lmao!! I’ll let you know if it works. My baby is already 8 lbs and I’m exhausted lol

Sex hasn’t been working for me 😕 we haven’t really had sex all pregnancy so I thought it might but read orgasms and sperm work (3 orgasms per night and sperm... still nothing) I’ve also been drinking raspberry leaf tea. Just hoping we don’t go over the due date and I’ll be happy ☺️

It’s not sex, it’s sperm. So if you have sex make sure you keep the sperm inside you close to the cervix to help it soften.
