We lost our first pregnancy via MMC 1/2 and a D&C; on 1/4. Just found out I’m pregnant again and I was completely shocked. I didn’t get a positive until way later than I expected. And now it’s very positive! Hoping our miracle arrives earth-side safe and sound this time 💕
