Emergency weight loss help!

I have a concert it July( I know that it's three months away I just need to start soon) and I want to lose 18 pounds, I'm 208 now and want to get down to 190

but I also want to be like super toned ( a girl can dream right😂). so how do I do this and is it possible it's really important to me so can anyone help a girl out 😁
