Any medicine over the counter like antibiotics?

I went to the doctor and long story short they had the nurse diagnose me... With mono!!! I don't have it I've read up and I have 1 out of the many symptoms. It's just an infection a girl at school has the same exact thing and got antibiotics for it (she's the girl who got me sick)

Anywayyyyy what medication is as strong and as fast as antibiotics but over the counter?

My symptoms:
•sinus congestion 
•light cough
•headache (in sinuses)
•sore throat 
•runny nose

Usually mono is diagnosed using a swab test and isn't wrong. I've been there. I've had mono. If you really have mono, you need to get antibiotics from the doctor. Over the counter medication will not help. Also, if you really have mono, your spleen will be enlarged and any type of impact can rupture it and cause you to have to go to the emergency room. There's no shame in having mono and it should be taken seriously.

Antibiotics treat bacterial infections. Mono is a virus. Antibiotics will not treat mono. The virus has to run its course then will go away (like a cold virus does). Treat your symptoms with OTC medications and avoid any impact to your spleen including limiting ab crunches for a few weeks to prevent splenic rupture as it enlarges with mono.
