Usually in the UK you don’t get your first scan until 12 weeks but due to a previous miscarriage I was offered an early reassurance scan at what I thought was 8weeks 3days. I was initially excited and then whilst I was waiting the fear started to kick in

What if they can’t see anything, what if there is no heartbeat etc!

As soon as they said everything is fine I burst into happy tears.

Daddy was crying too!

Here is my little jelly bean, measuring 7 weeks 2 days, a week behind where I thought I was but so beautiful! The heartbeat flickering was the most amazing thing I have ever seen in my whole life! Super excited for my dating scan on 23rd April to see my gorgeous little bean again!
