I had a chemical pregnancy/miscarriage at 4w4d on the 13th of February. I have been <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">tracking ovulation</a> with cm checking, opks and bbt charting. I have had no signs at all. I had an ultrasound to check that I passed all fetal tissue and there was nothing there and the ultrasound tech said I had a very thin endometrial lining. The ultrasound was done 5 weeks after the miscarriage and they also said I had an 11mm follicle on my left ovary so I should ovulate 7-14 days from then. My fertility friend app has given me crosshairs today. I’m confused. My cycle is so out of whack. What’s happening.
