So I missed one of my birth control pills on saturday and took the saturday pill on my sunday along with my sunday pill. Starting on sunday I started spotting and having crazy bad migraine and cramps. It is now tuesday and I am still spotting. It comes and goes but I am nervous. My next period isnt for another 10 days. This has happened to me before but because I missed multiple pills in one week. How can this happen from just missing ONE?! The blood (not to be gross) is a brown red... someone help? 😔
