Has anyone conceived whilst having an autoimmune disease such as Hashimoto thyrioditis?

I’ve recently been diagnosed with an auto immune disease as mentioned and it has caused me to have 2 MC’s now so wanting to see if anyone else has over come this.

So... not quite autoimmune... but I conceived while having Lyme Disease.

I have hashimotos hypothyroidism, pcos, hidradenitis supprativa, and who knows what else.. I have a beautiful 2 yr old daughter, whom I conceived by using femara. And I found out I have insulin resistant pcos a month ago.. so doc put me on 500mg of metformin 1x a day, to assist with weight loss.. and I was pregnant a couple weeks later!
