Baking soda drink remedie
So I’m dumb. I googled home remedies to help with ph levels until I got to my ob next week. One said water with baking soda drink. I did it twice at night. So one sat and one Sunday. All day yesterday and so far this morning I’ve had diarrhea. Which then I googled and that can happen. Is it safe or basically I didn’t mess myself up from doing this? Didn’t know if I should see my doctor or not. I guess I won’t do any home remedies anymore 😂🙄
