So my ex is talking to me about how he has a court date tomorrow for child support and he had a lawyer who’ve have been speaking to for the past few weeks and his court date is tomorrow ( he wants to file for joint custody or any type of custody , he just wants to see his kid ) he no longer has any receipts or text between him and his bm because he got a new phone and it’s been literally almost three months since he seen his daughter because she won’t let him ! Anyways his lawyer backed out today , called him saying there isn’t anything he can do..mind you tomorrow is the FIRST COURT DATE ? And he paid his lawyer ...what does he do now !??
