Losing weight???

So I gained about 30 pounds over the course of 3 months in 2017, without changing anything about my lifestyle. My OBGYN said that the birth control I was on has been known to cause weight gain. I stopped the pill in November. Since December, I have stopped eating out (except once a week for date night), no more soda, smaller portions, at least 90oz of water a day, and cardio at the gym at least 3 days a week. My weight hasn’t budged! I had blood work done recently, and my thyroid and blood sugar levels are normal, so that’s not it. What else can I do?!

(Pleas don’t suggest the keto diet, I already tried it and it was hell 😂)
