Resting heart rate and ttc
Anyone else used there FitBit or other smartwatch to track their cycles or just noticed a changed when they got pregnant?
this is my HR chart. The lower HR is March 11th, which is during my fertility window. I didn't track that much this month. I'm late, it's not unusual but I'm wondering if I should test?
