Coffee?

So after I found out I was pregnant I cut my coffee consuming down to 1 cup a day (usually I drink 3-4) do I need to quit all together?

No it says about 150mg of caffeine per day is the recommended amount just cut down to one cup and very little creamer

I love coffee but I switched to caffix and inca. They actually taste pretty great. I have not missed real coffee at all.

No 1 cup is okay if concerned go to decaf

I was told up to 200 mg. Aka two 8 oz cups. Read Expecting Better if you want to learn more! Easily my most favorite pregnancy book.
