Strange dream/sign?!

So I’m only about 5dpo (if glow is accurate). My SO and I have been TTC for about 6 months or so and lastnight, I had a very vivid dream that I took a pregnancy test and I got a BFP... it wasn’t a faint positive, but a bright, clear, obvious positive. It felt so real and when I woke up, it was all a dream.

I’m not one to believe in signs but could this be one? Has anyone had a dream like that and ended up getting a BFP?
