Ladies!

I need help.

My daughter who is 15 months old has severe eczema especially in her genital area.

We’ve had rashes for months.

We’ve had to use a permanent steroid cream and switch to cloth diapers to avoid the chemicals in regular diapers.

She can’t handle any normal detergent but I need something to wash the diapers in.

Any ideas on a kind that does the job but is gentle on baby’s bum!?!?!
