Hi ladies, this is my first pregnancy and I'm due to have my first appointment with the midwife next week. Unfortunately, it looks like my partner can't get out of work for the only time they can offer me. Is there any chance they would do any form of scan at 8weeks in the UK? I'd hate for him to miss it, but don't want to ask him to cancel work if it's just knowledge/information/blood tests. thank you
