Feel Pregnant one day and not the next... WTF?

I am 5 weeks 4 days today and due on Nov 23. My first ultrasound is in a week to verify pregnancy with a visual- I have several very positive pee tests and a positive blood test. It seems like some days I feel pregnant (tired, nauseas, moody, cramps etc) then other days I feel pretty normal... it has me freaked out that something is wrong... anyone else feel like this?

Same! My “due date” (according to google) is nov 23 and I’m still not feeling it consistently. Was so sick my first pregnancy so it worries me. But my husband is a doc and reminds me every pregnancy is different! It’s probably coming around 6 weeks so we may as well enjoy 🤷🏼‍♀️🤞🏼

Just checking back in with similar due dates 🤗 I’m still having pretty mild symptoms, if at all, and they’re usually after 4pm. Feel pretty normal throughout the day. Anyone else?

My due date is the same! And my symptoms come and go!!!

Im 4w+6 and definately having the same thing. I freak out right away when i ‘dont’ feel it. Super happy for any discomfort 😆

I am due on the same day as you and feel the same way. I have booked a private ultrasound for April 12 since I won’t be able to see my ob till May 1st.
