Helppppp meeeee!!

I’m 22+4, Since Sunday, I have been so itchy! It has gradually gotten worse and now it’s really irritating me. It is my hands, feet, elbows and legs - my hands were really swollen up today and were really red, my feet get really tingly and feel like balloons when I’m standing up.

We haven’t changed anything like or washing powder etc. So I’m so confused. Is this a normal side effect of pregnancy? When should I start to worry, if at all? Thank you x
