took a hike
hubby and I thought we were going for a walk in the woods yesterday, it wound up being a 3 mile hike up hill. DAMN is my vag sore today like I rode a horse for 10 hours 😭 2cm dilated 50% effaced. hope that helped move it along at least! drinking loads of red raspberry tea
