I have had no plantation bleeding but my period is 27 days late. I have nausea and lower back pains. I have no energy to do anything I’m tired all the time. Have sore nipples and breasts and I am having heartburn like crazy and nothing is stopping it. I take tests and they all come up negative. One had a faint line but not sure if I am pregnant or not, could really use some comments on what I should do. Please help!!
