Fitness and Periods
So I have found the problem with keeping my 2018 goal of working out more: MY PERIOD! Seriously, it de-rails me for an entire week. It kills my gym motivation more than sugar, alcohol or junk foods. I get this mentality that “I’m already in pain, tired and gross, why would I want to add heat and sweat to that?” Does anyone else get this mood and how do you power through?
