I don’t care for it as I don’t get pleasure from it, it’s messy for me due to very heavy flow and my periods are painful due from having a severe case of PID so I don’t do anything that whole week. My SO has wanted to try it but Iv told him no and explain why and he understood.

without hormonal birth control for me it's a no cuz I flow like Niagara falls. on hormonal birth control maybe on one of the last days cuz it's very light. it can be messy but put a towel down. do it on a lighter day like towards the end of the period week
