Maternity Leave
Can someone tell me if I understand this correctly. You can take up to 22 weeks for maternity (10 of which are FMLA and 12 weeks under CFRA). However, only the first 12 weeks offer job protection under CFRA. Meaning, if you chose to take the additional 10 weeks, it’s unprotected time? I live in CA.
