Is this ovulation?

Today I felt completely normal and all of a sudden I had an extreme sharp pain/cramp that made me double over. It lasted maybe 3 seconds and then it was over. I’ve also have bad nausea and diarrhea twice today. All of these are not normal for me. I stopped taking birth control three months ago and have yet to conceive.
