What do i really need ? First time mom

So with babies r us closing and that was kinda my go to. everything is on sale so i wanna get as much as i can from them while its still there .
Is there anything specific you recommended i get i am a first time mom and starting with nothing lol  ? 
( i do have - crib , dresser , stroller , car seat , pack n play , bouncer , swing , exerciser , bottle set )

I went to Babies R Us last week and their deals were not good. Most of the stuff was only 10% off and I did price comparisons on my phone and I could get the same stuff on Target, Walmart, Amazon for cheaper.

My store has over 50% off 🤷🏻‍♀️ but that’s the liquidation. Before they had only 15% off. Crib, changing table, bouncer, we got an infant to toddler rocker, a bouncer, swing, extra bottles, teething toys, rock n play ($45 on sale!), pack n play, high chair, any monitor. Just go down the list lol. We bought so much stuff!

make sure if you get a car seat you check the manufacture date because sometimes when they super cheap its because the manufacture date is older so your loosing life on your car seat before you buy it.

Pretty much just what you said but I never used the crib. 
But also bibs, I got plenty of socks, nose Frieda is amazing. Maybe bath stuff, dove is the only one I use. 
Walker, swing, pack n play, & definitely the jumper
