My bf needs a reference he’s worked at his parents company for 8 years (still in college) has done every job possible. His parents are the owners so he can’t get a reference from them the only other person who has been there for 8 years is his cousins husband who has a different last name, but he’s kinda iffy since he’s known my bf since he was young and doesn’t want to lie about knowing him for his whole life, I said to do the years they worked professionally. The thing is that this job legit made him who he is, he has such a strong work ethic and has worked part time here for 8 years (basically since he was 14). Has anyone had an issue like this??
