Trying IUI for the first time tomorrow

So I've been thinking about iui for a while and have decided to try it. My domor's sperm in en route as I type this. I should get it in the morning. I'm going to do it in the morning since I should have my LH surge tomorrow. I'm getting a softcup tonight to keep the little swimmers from leaking out. Has anyone else done this? Or at least used a softcup after intercourse? And how well did it work? I've been trying NI and it did work, but I had a missed miscarriage in December after getting pregnant in October last year. Pray for some baby dust over me guys. I need all the help I can get.
