Do your thighs chafe?

If you're wearing shorts do they ride up when you walk and your thighs chafe together? Or when your legs are wet? I'm so embarrassed mine chafe so bad it breaks the skin and makes a rash. Especially if I've been walking a lot or if I'm coming back from swimming and my legs are wet. Obv I towel off after but still :(:(:(
