ovulation signs help please

so I went to the bathroom today and when I wiped I saw this on tissue and put it on my finger... so I was wondering ladies do you all see this when you ovulate or through out your whole cycle..... My husband and I are TTC so when he gets off work I'm sure you all know what's next lols
