Necessities for diaper bag?

My friend ordered my diaper bag and I just got it today, it has 13 pockets!! So much space and pockets in it that I can’t think of how I’m going to use them all!! What are some must haves for in the diaper bag? I can only think of basics like a snot sucker, diapers, wipes, rash ointment, binky, extra clothes, bibs, blanket (I’m going to breastfeed) ugh but I know there’s probably a lot more I just can’t think of it

Extra clothes for you and the baby along with a bag for soiled clothes. Lots of burp clothes, hand sanitizer for you and others who may want to touch the baby, lotion for you, water for you, snacks for you (especially if you plan on breastfeeding), a rattle/toy, a baby hat (season appropriate). We also got doggy poo baggies to use with diapers when we weren’t near trash cans/to throw out stinky diapers when we were out and about.
