Baby’s first teeth help I think somethings wrong?

My baby is a 25 weeker her adjusted age is 6 months.  Her tooth didn’t look like that yesterday

sometimes premmies do have discolored teeth. I'd definitely check with the doctor but it might just be the norm for your baby
