fighting at work.
I am not "banging the boss" but a senior employee. he talks down to me at work all the time and is sweet away from work, yet still talks about work at home. last week I told him that it bothered me and he was crossing line. today he really crossed it. I suggested a new way of quality control and he felt like if was an attack on him.
how do we separate work and home?
or do we give up ?
